Description of the
hotel:
The
building has undergone complete conversion and renovation. The use
of a small number of simple, natural and harmonising materials, with
particular attention paid to detail, gives the hotel a certain
feeling of tranquillity and well-being. Due to the excellent
facilities and good value for money we offer, we have become one of
the top establishments in Switzerland. We think you will like our
new look!
The
Style Hotel
enjoys a quiet location a five-minute walk from the main
station, directly next to a bus stop and near 2 stations
for the mountain transport system. The chalet-style
building has 44 rooms and 78 beds. Many rooms have a balcony and
view of the Matterhorn.
Wellness facilities:
We have a swimming pool (13x6m), a large Jacuzzi, a
sauna, a Roman steam bath, a thermal relaxation area,
a solarium and massages for you to enjoy.
The
lobby area:
The spacious lobby area decorated in light-coloured wood
is both modern and cosy. First-class stereo equipment with
excellent sound quality, a large projection screen, a
small stage for performances and a dance floor are available for
a multitude of purposes. We can meet spontaneous requests for CD
concerts or films about Zermatt.
You
can also relax on our sun terrace or enjoy a conversation at
our attractive bar.
All
the rooms have been completely renovated
and are equipped with a bath or shower, WC, cable television with
live pictures from the mountains, radio, direct-dial telephone,
wireless LAN, hairdryer and a safe.
Our
winter guests
have use of special facilities for drying their ski-boots.
If
you would like to go skiing or hiking on your day of departure,
you can deposit your luggage at the hotel and use the changing rooms
and showers at the swimming pool before you leave.
Meals:
You have a choice of bed and breakfast or half-board. We like
to be close to nature
and support
keeping animals in a way appropriate to
the species. We prepare organic and regional dishes as far as
possible on principle, and serve easily digestible meals which are
nutritionally complete and also meet our guests requirements as far
as whole food and vegetarian diets are concerned.
